Why can’t I connect to PersianIp anymore?
1. Kindly close PersianIp completely, even in the background.
2. Consider changing your Internet Service Provider (ISP). For instance, in Iran, options include Irancel, Hamrah Aval, Shatel, etc. If you have been using Irancel, switch to Hamrah Aval and attempt to connect again. (Also, close PersianIp if it’s running in the background.)
3. There could be an issue with the internet settings on your mobile phone. To verify this, try using PersianIp on another phone.
4. Sometimes, your country’s government has cut off VPN access, and this issue is out of our reach.

Why do I see the “Not Connected…” progress bar?
Your internet connection might have low speed, or you were disconnected.
Why, when I connect to PersianIp, WhatsApp telegram, Facebook, etc… don’t work?
Because you have connected to an Iranian server, all those apps are filtered in Iran.
I Live In Iran, and I can’t open Telegram and Facebook.
Dear user, this app has been created for those outside of Iran.
After I connect, Some Websites don’t open for me. What should I do?
As we have several servers, you should close the app completely(even in the background) and connect it again so as to get another IP. Then, you should test until you find an IP that fits the website that you want.
How do I know I connected adequately to an Iran server?
After you connect to the app, you can check your IP with
https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup
after you open the website, scroll down, and you should be able to see Iran as your country IP .
