What should I do if the Windows app is stuck in the “connecting…..”? You must be sure that you allow Windows security (such as the firewall or anti-virus) to run the PersianIP app.

 

What if I set the wrong username or password?

• Open the Registry Editor:
  • Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialogue.
  • Type regedit and press Enter or click OK. This will open the Windows Registry Editor.
• Navigate to the Registry Key:
  • In the Registry Editor, navigate to the key you mentioned in your code:
• • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MyApplication

• Delete the Values:
  • In the right-hand pane of the Registry Editor, you will see the values “email” and “password” if they exist.
  • Right-click on each value and select “Delete” to remove them.
• Close the Registry Editor:
  • Once you have deleted the values, close the Registry Editor.
